Process

Start with the system. Keep people accountable.

HyperActivity begins with consulting. We clarify the operating problem, design the architecture, and deliver software that people can understand, interrupt, and own.

This page describes the public engagement pattern. It does not publish rates or dollar amounts. Work starts with a free consultation; commercial terms are negotiated.

Later capabilities—a professional guild and an agentic operating platform—expand only after consulting work has produced enough evidence to support them.

1. Consult and qualify

Engagements begin with a free consultation to test fit. We look for work where architecture, interface systems, and AI behavior must operate together under visible human control.

If the need is primarily staff augmentation, unscoped experimentation, or a capability HyperActivity has not yet earned, we decline or defer.

2. Discover and frame

Paid entry is typically a UI and Architecture Assessment: a bounded discovery that frames goals, constraints, current systems, risks, and the smallest useful slice of work.

The outcome is a bounded recommendation and a negotiated fixed-fee path for that assessment—not a published rate card, and not a promise of a particular guild program or platform feature.

3. Architect with control points

Design covers system boundaries, data flows, model interfaces, evaluation, and the human approvals required before consequential actions.

AI is treated as a participant in the workflow, not as an unsupervised authority.

4. Deliver and transfer

Implementation favors typed, observable software, documented decisions, and a clear handoff so the client can operate the result.

We capture reusable practices internally. We do not publish client names, results, or case studies without recorded permission.

What changed

  1. Free consultation and assessment entry

Process now opens with a free consultation, then a UI and Architecture Assessment as paid entry. Rates and dollar amounts stay unpublished; terms are negotiated.
