The demo is the beginning
A strong demonstration compresses possibility into a few persuasive minutes. It proves that an interaction can work, but not that the surrounding organisation can depend on it.
Production value lives in the system around the model: clear ownership, representative evaluation, observability, fallback behaviour, responsible data access, and a workflow that people can understand.
Design for the ordinary day
The most revealing product question is rarely “can it do this?” Ask what happens when the source is incomplete, the answer is uncertain, the expert disagrees, or the service is unavailable.
Build the smallest dependable loop before expanding the feature set. Reliability, legibility, and a clear path for human judgment turn an impressive capability into useful infrastructure.
